Shipping policy
All Zenizon products are custom printed on demand, which means your order goes through two stages before it arrives: production and shipping.
Production time: Most items are printed and prepared within 2–7 business days, depending on the product type and current order volume. This happens before your order ships — it is not shipping time.
Shipping time: Once production is complete, standard shipping typically takes:
- Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
Total estimated delivery is production time + shipping time — generally 5–14 business days domestically
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Because our products are fulfilled through a global print-on-demand network, some orders may ship from different facilities depending on the item, which can occasionally result in multi-item orders arriving in separate packages.
Shipping delays can occasionally happen due to high demand, holidays, or carrier disruptions beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the windows above, reach out to us at [support email] and we'll look into it.
