Refund policy
At Zenizon, every item is made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. We don't hold pre-made inventory — each piece is printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This lets us keep our catalog intentional and our footprint light, in line with our values of quality over quantity.
Because of this made-to-order process, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.
We will always make it right if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item has a print defect or misprint
- You received the wrong product or size than what you ordered
To request a refund or replacement for one of these reasons:
- Contact us at support@zenizon.org within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- We'll review and respond within 2 business days with a replacement, refund, or next steps
Order cancellations: Because production begins shortly after checkout, we can only accommodate cancellation requests within 12 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately at support@zenizon.org if you need to cancel.
Refunds, once approved, are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
