We stand behind the quality of every piece we create. Because each Zenizon item is custom-printed to order, our return policy reflects the nature of made-to-order production.
Custom-Printed Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference. Each item is produced specifically for you upon order.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a significant print error, we will make it right. We offer a free replacement for any item that arrives in unacceptable condition.
How to Report an Issue
To request a replacement for a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at spiritualsenpai@gmail.com
- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos showing the defect or damage
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, a replacement will be produced and shipped at no additional cost.
What Qualifies as Defective?
- Significant print misalignment or distortion
- Faded, cracked, or peeling print on arrival
- Wrong item or size shipped
- Physical damage to the garment (tears, stains from production)
What Does Not Qualify
- Sizing issues (please refer to our size chart before ordering)
- Color variations due to screen display differences
- Normal wear after use or washing
- Items damaged after delivery by the recipient
Refunds
In rare cases where a replacement cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
